About

Hello.

My name is Daniel m. Davis.

I’ve been interested in steampunk for a long while now, far before I ever saw anyone dress up with goggles, top hats, or fancy ray guns. I really can’t remember the first time that I heard the term, though I surely heard it from some roleplaying circles somewhere. But where?

I own a tiny empire (company) called “Steam Crow“, which we founded in 2005. Steam Crow makes things for your monster imagination, and I illustrate and design most of them. A “steam crow” is a steam-powered scarecrow.

I also create the Monster Commute webcomic, which is probably best described as a steampunk/fantasy thing. (Dieselpunk?) Sometimes creations defy genre.
